Student Travel Awards: Application Instructions
The 2015 American Control Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to provide partial travel support for students presenting papers at the 2015 ACC in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The 2015 ACC thanks the generous sponsors who make this support possible.
The application period for the Student Travel Award has now ended.
We expect that a maximum of $300 USD will be reimbursed to individual students for hotel and transportation costs in addition to the prepaid Student Gratis registration. In the case where the student participant paid for the conference full registration, only hotel and transportation costs up to the maximum of $300 USD will be reimbursed. Please note that reimbursements will be given in the form of bank checks in US dollars without exceptions.
Reimbursement will be made AFTER completion of the conference, upon receipt of all required documentation. Awardees will receive an e-mail containing detailed instructions for submitting their expense reimbursement form and receipts before the conference begins on July 1, 2015.
Funds for this travel support have been generously provided to the 2015 ACC by a number of organizations, and the Committee appreciates these contributions.
