Conference Registration Rates and Fees

All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. On-site registration and registration packet pick-up for all advanced registrations may be done at the conference registration desk. The Registration Desk is scheduled to be in operation during the following hours:

• Sunday, June 28 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Monday, June 29 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 30 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 1 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 2 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday, July 3 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

All three-day registered participants will receive admission to the welcome and farewell receptions and one set of the conference proceedings in USB drive format. Additional proceedings can be purchased at the registration desk. The three-day registration also includes the conference banquet ticket. All one-day registered participants will receive the proceedings in USB drive format. No banquet ticket is included with the one-day registration option. Registration fees are shown in the table below. Registrants who are members of any of the American Automatic Control Council Societies (AIAA, AIChE, ASCE, ASME, IEEE, ISA, SCS and SIAM) may register at the Member rate.

Additional conference proceedings in USB drive format can be purchased for $50. Additional conference banquet tickets can also be purchased for $75 each. Children under 4 are free. Paper upload for authors is available only with Member and Non-Member registration, and up to 4 papers can be uploaded for each registration.

Workshop Registration

A number of preconference workshops will be offered at ACC 2015, on Monday June 29 and Tuesday June 30. See the workshops page for more information. Workshop attendance requires a separate registration payment, as noted below. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
